SOPHROLOGY IN FÉCAMP

Sophrology invites you to take some time for yourself or a time of sharing, to breathe, relax, harmonise your emotions and thoughts, awaken your senses and creativity. It is suitable for everyone.

Each session is a unique moment that allows you to learn to mobilise your personal resources to improve your relationship with yourself and the world.

I welcome adults, teenagers and children to my practice for individual sessions, parent/child pairs and couples. For family sessions or groups of friends, I come to your home or place of residence, indoors or in a quiet garden. I also organise sophrological walks depending on the season.
