INCLUSIVE INGREDIENTS (FOR 8 PEOPLE)
- 3 tbsp flaxseed
- 4 tbsp hazelnut (or almond)
- 250 ml plant milk
- 4 tbsp chocolate chips
- 100 g sugar
- 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1/2 tsp. tsp. baking soda
- 200 g flour
PREPARATION
- Grind flaxseeds (using a coffee grinder).
- Mix flaxseed powder with 6 tbsp. cold water.
- Let stand.
- Combine the dry ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients to the mixture with the flaxseed powder.
- Gently mix.
- Pour the wet mixture over the flour.
- Using a flexible spatula, gently mix.
- Place cases in a muffin tin.
- Lining each impression.
- Bake for 30 minutes, preheated oven, th 6 – 180°C.
- Unmould and let cool on a wire rack.
